The AsureQuality Customer Services team had some fantastic wins at the Annual CRM Contact Centre Awards.
These awards recognise the results of an intensive six-week audit of the team’s service delivery and consistency both over the telephone and email.
Scott Tynan won one of six Awards for the 'Most Outstanding Customer Service Representative' in New Zealand – the first time one of these hotly contested awards has ever been won by someone from AsureQuality. The team received the Industry Award in the Public Services/SOE sector for the eighth year running, and it also received third place overall for Customer Service in New Zealand in the under 50 seat category.
